In May 2024, the Martin McLaren Foundation held a concert at Coventry Cathedral as a memorial for Nancy McLaren and her son Richard McLaren. The concert commemorated the many aspects of their extraordinary lives and their loyal and diverse friendships and was an opportunity to put their lives – and ours – into the context of memory: how we remember and are remembered.
Since many friends, relatives and colleagues could not attend, the concert was filmed and is presented below, together with a digital version of the programme and photos of the event.
